"I am a native of New Bern. I have been employed at RCS for 3 years, where I started as Executive Assistant and have since served as Program Manager, Director of Community Outreach and Programs, and now Interim Executive Director. I have dedicated my time in the trenches to work beside the community in which we love. As Interim, I have maintained our vision to connect to the community, expand programs that will assist in sustainability, and continue to operate in the purpose for which RCS was established. With my bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services and a Masters in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in addictions, it will be the continued plan to Build, Empower, and Engage."

It has been an amazing experience to help those in need and to be a part of an organization that is making a difference in so many people’s lives. Amber oversees the warehouse, facilities and grounds, and inventory logistics and we are beyond thrilled to have her on our team.
