Ready to learn more about building nutritious and delicious meals? RCS is excited to partner with North Carolina Cooperative Extension to bring you a valuable nutrition education class: MyPlate - Learning About Your Food!
In this informative session, you'll discover the key components of the MyPlate guide and gain practical strategies for incorporating all the food groups into your daily diet. Learn how to make informed food choices and create balanced plates that support your health and well-being.
The class will be held in the Community Kitchen. Please use Cypress Street entrance.
