PROVIDING CARE | ONE PRESCRIPTION AT A TIME
Prescription medication should never be a luxury. Unfortunately, many individuals face prescription insecurity, struggling to afford the medications they need. Studies indicate that 1 in 4 Americans struggle to afford their prescriptions. We are dedicated to easing this burden through our prescription assistance program, made possible by our invaluable partnerships with CarolinaEast, Realo Pharmacy, and MERCI Clinic.
Eligibility:
Individuals experiencing prescription insecurity are eligible for prescription assistance once every six months.
Process:

Call Us: Visit or call Client Services with the following information:

A list of your current prescriptions.

Your preferred Realo Pharmacy location. (If your prescriptions are currently at another pharmacy, you are responsible for transferring them to Realo.)

The total cost of your prescriptions.

Assistance: Our Navigators will work directly with Realo Pharmacy to cover up to $50 of your prescription costs.

Pickup/Delivery: Once your prescriptions are filled, you are responsible for picking them up at Realo Pharmacy or arranging for delivery. (Please note that any delivery fees are your responsibility.)

In partnership with Carolina East, we're committed to building a healthier community. Our prescription assistance program, supported by this valuable collaboration, helps individuals access affordable medications and manage their health effectively.

MERCI Clinic
MERCI Clinic is a vital partner in ensuring access to healthcare and medications for individuals in our community. Committed to providing confidential medical, limited dental, and pharmaceutical services, MERCI Clinic serves adults with limited income and no health insurance, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, religion, or other legally protected status.
Many adults, with incomes below 300% of the poverty level, find themselves in a gap, ineligible for Medicaid and unable to afford private health coverage. The dedicated doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and office staff who volunteer at MERCI Clinic bridge this gap, ensuring patients don't have to choose between essential needs and their health.
Their commitment aligns perfectly with our prescription assistance program, working together to provide comprehensive support for those in need.

Realo Pharmacy is a valued partner in our prescription assistance program, ensuring that patients receive their vital medications quickly and efficiently.
