HURRICANE RELIEF EFFORTS IN EFFECT

NEW!!! HURRICANE RELIEF ASSISTANCE:
RCS will be open on Saturday October 20, October 27 and November 3 from 12pm – 2pm to provide food and financial assistance from Hurricane Florence. This assistance does not cover rent/mortgage payments (contact FEMA for rent/mortgage assistance), but can help with other needs. DONATIONS:
Our warehouse is currently FULL. We have received a tremendous amount of donated items from local and national donors. At this time, we are asking that if you would like to donate to Hurricane Relief Efforts, please donate to our online giving fund and/or donate gift cards that we can distribute as needed. Gift cards for the following are preferred: Visa/Mastercard, Walmart/Target, Lowe’s, gas cards, grocery cards.

THANK YOU TO OUR RALEIGH SUPPORT GROUPS:
We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to our primary support groups in the Raleigh area: Carolina Cavalry and AlphaGraphics of Raleigh. They have made several trips to and from the capital city to bring supplies, volunteers and lots of enthusiasm and compassion. We are most grateful for your ongoing support and are humbled by your generosity. Proud to partner with you on these efforts and anything else the future may hold.

VOLUNTEERS:
Samaritan’s Purse is in town and will be coordinating volunteer efforts for at-large community efforts (yard work, house cleaning, etc.) Contact information is available online at www.samaritanspurse.org. You can also visit them in New Bern at Port City Community Church located 2840 Neuse Boulevard behind Burger King and next to Rose’s.

RENT/MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE:
